When will I receive my order?

Orders usually arrive to the customers within 3 - 8 days, in extremely rare events some orders may take longer due to unusual conditions.

How can I know if my order is confirmed or not?

Customers should receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp within 1 - 2 days after making an order.   

I want to change or cancel the order, what should I do?

In order to change or cancel your order, you must contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp as soon as possible since all dispatched orders are not subjected to change or cancellation.

I want to return or exchange the order, is that possible?

I received a different item than the item I ordered. How can this be corrected?

If customers are shipped a different item, the incorrect item must be returned to our HQ and we will send the one you ordered. Please be prepared to send a picture of the incorrect item you received.
