SHIPPING

Shipping to all reachable areas in Egypt take from 3 - 9 days since date of purchase. In extremely rare events some orders may take longer due to unusual conditions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

-We do not accept returns and exchanges due to the factory's policy as Polaris provides POD (Print On Demand?) orders. 

-Size picking is on the customer's responsibility. Choose the size wisely from the chart or ask for the size chart.

-If the product had any flaws it can be returned or exchanged in the case of leaving the item as it is (No washing or ironing) or else it cannot be returned. Please be prepared to send a picture of the flawed item you received.

-If customers are shipped a different item, the incorrect item must be returned to our HQ and we will send the one you ordered. Please be prepared to send a picture of the incorrect item you received.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

In order to change or cancel your order, you need to contact us as soon as possible since all dispatched orders are not subjected to change or cancellation.
